Membership management is the basis of membership management. It is widely used in shopping malls, hotels, fitness centers, restaurants, and other consumer places. Almost all service-oriented industries adopt membership management. For service-oriented software, you must understand membership management.
I have been engaged in beauty salon software development for more than two years. I have been engaged in various membership forms and have continuously improved my membership management system. Today, we will summarize the membership management of beauty salons.
Membership management generally refers to membership card management and member account management. Beauty Salons occasionally launch a variety of membership cards, there are limits on consumption discounts, limited consumption items, limited consumption time, limited whether to recharge, limited number of recharging times, limited minimum consumption amount, limited minimum Recharge Amount, limited applicable groups, limited activation period, and so on.
In the system, my membership cards are roughly divided into the following:
1. stored on-duty card, that is, cash is saved and card-drawn for consumption. Some beauty salons only serve as simple stored-value cards and are consumed at the project or product original price. Some beauty salons offer discounts for their projects or products based on different stored-value cards. The stored value of a large discount is generally high. Some beauty salons also set up special stored-value cards for special projects, that is, to limit the consumption content of stored-value cards, such as stored-value cards for special acupuncture.
2. Count card, that is, the number of times the card is converted into cash. Such as yoga card and swimming card. The Count card can also be divided into the count card and the Count card. For example, the sauna card, swimming card, and yoga card are generally not limited times (especially for beauty salons, not swimming pools ). Whether limited or unlimited, the system must have a built-in number of times to calculate the cost in the future.
3. gift cards, that is, cards owned by customers without spending money. They are generally cards issued during marketing activities. There are many such cards, such as experience cards and promotion cards, which are provided to customers for free. These cards are designed to attract members. Generally, they are not named, and some are limited by the activator and validity period. The purpose is to evaluate the effect of this marketing activity. Gift cards are generally disposable. Once used up or expired, they cannot be recharged. Some beauty salons allow you to recharge the gift card and convert it into a membership card.
4. Package card, which is my own name, similar to various packages in beauty salons. A variety of beauty salons are generally used to match services with products. This product is used for these services. The package card is of this type. Package cards are generally not recharged and are rarely recharged.
5. One Card, which is my own name. What does it mean? It is to divide the 50000 yuan into 50000 parts, each of which is 500 yuan. Set the number of projects to be allocated several times. It can also be called a voucher, but it will be confused with the real voucher, so it is called a card.
The above is the general classification of membership cards. Almost all beauty salons set a certain level for the above-mentioned cards. I call them level cards, such as peony cards, rose cards, ylanka, diamond cards, and crystal cards. Different levels are used to show different member identities, which are consistent with the membership identities of banks.
The classification of membership cards is very complicated. In fact, it is the most basic for beauty salons. The complicated part is the management of member accounts and consumption methods, which are to be continued.
