Read the error carefully:

Method One:

Right-click the project->android Tools->fix Project Properties, check the property

Method Two:

Device Manager to see if the ADB process exists

If there is an ADB process, abort, restart eclipse

If not present, locate the ADB path (Eclipse->sdk->platform-tools->adb.exe) in a DOS environment

Executing adb kill-server

After that, execute the Adb-startserver

Method Three:

To see if the Platform-tools folder or Adb.exe exists,

If it does not exist, create a new Platform-tools folder and copy all the Tools folder files to the new folder.
