No solid-state drive, fast CPU, and then a powerful graphics card, are useless, because of the "barrel principle", the bottleneck is here ah. Today's SSD prices have fallen a lot, I remember last year I bought a 120G SSD is nearly 600 yuan, and now only need less than 400. The way I introduced the SSD and transfer system is simple (and very safe), but still need a little extra equipment, that is, a mobile hard disk box, mobile hard disk box is now very inexpensive, and you can also put the mechanical hard drive in this box when the backup storage. 1, install the SSD into the mobile hard drive box and connect it to the computer without having to disassemble the machine. Perhaps you notice, my "Mobile hard disk Box" is also a small piece of circuit board, actually originally is AH. 2, then open the Disk tool, the new SSD partition, only one zone, this is the Mac, not Windows, make sure to get a D disk, E disk and so on. The partition type is of course the default "Mac OS extended (journaled)". 3, turn off the machine. Hold down the option key to power on. 4, select boot Device "Recovery-10.10". 5, after a long wait (much slower than the normal boot, to be a bit patient), the system utility is ready to start the disk utility.  6, select the disk Utility "recovery", the source disk is the partition of the previous mechanical hard disk, the destination disk is just the partition of the solid-state drive. Drag and drop, don't choose the wrong. 7, click the "Recover" button and click "Erase" in the confirmation box. This time is really a long wait, on my side to get about half an hour, just good, go do something else it. 8, restart after recovery, as before, hold down the option key, choose to start from the mobile hard disk, let's test whether the operation is really correct. If the system can boot properly, it means OK. Of course, booting the system from a removable hard drive can be slow, not a SSD problem, but a speed limit for the USB interface. 9, all right, shotgun for cannon, pull down the mechanical hard drive, and replace the SSD. Look at the work of the MacBook, not to say, every time I dismantle the machine I will be amazed, in contrast, what Lenovo, Dell and the like, is simply slag. Change will find before the mechanical hard disk has a few screws are to use a special hex screwdriver to screw down, I have enough equipment, no problem, if you do not have a suitable hex screwdriver, you can also use the pliers clamp down.  10, start the system, are you feeling a little slow? Not surprisingly, the last step is worse. After the system boot is complete, open Startup disk in Settings, select it, and then restart. This is finally done, on my side for about 12 seconds. (second generation of i5 cpu,4g memory, integrated displayCard) Oh, there's an additional note: When your mechanical hard disk partition data is larger than the SSD, please transfer it yourself, otherwise you will definitely fail to recover.
