First, traffic light control

The requirement of control is "after opening the SW1 switch, the traffic light controller starts to work" and "SW2 for the control switch", there is only one button for the pedestrian, SW1 (X024) and SW2 (X025) are not buttons, So the start-up time is controlled by the rising edge of the X024 and the rising and falling edge of the X025.

The top part is the control of the green light (Y002), there is X025 normally closed contact the branch is the daytime mode, X025 often open the connection of the branch of the night mode, the beginning of the day at night in the part I was written separately, but later found that Y002 and so on the coil at the same time can only have a certain state, The lights in daylight mode cannot be lit while the night mode does not have power. At the very beginning, because my two mode circuits were separate, there were many coils for auxiliary self-locking, such as M4,m7,m6,m1. There is no change when the back is integrated in two modes with the same coil. But it doesn't affect logic. Green light is the basis of the self-locking, delay, interlock control circuit, so not much to say.

The T2 normally open contact and the C1 are flashing when used counter, five times later by the counter rising edge switch yellow light. The counter is reset at both the red light and the X024 opening on the main road.

The red slip is similar to a street lamp, except that the flashing part and the rising edge of the total switch are triggered. The daytime mode uses a simple time-lapse switch to control the switch, and always to the counter C1 0, the night mode has been turned on, while the PB1 (X020) button control of the delay of 10 seconds (T5) to let the green light of the branch, and the green light 30 seconds (T6) to restore the red light.

At the bottom there is a X025 falling edge and the X024 rising edge of the 0-second delay switch T11, which is used to start the daylight mode of the green light, which is not the beginning of my design, open up redundant but necessary. When starting with the falling edge of the X025 and the X024 rising edge without using the T11 and the back from the night mode to the daylight mode, the X024 drop edge occurs before the closing of the M1 due to a small delay in the M1 's closed circuit, so the green light does not start.

There is also a seemingly redundant design is on the green Y002 on the road of M1, T12, T6 of the normally closed contact, this is because I found that the daytime mode green light when the light is switched on at night when the lights will still light a little while, so directly control the red light switches are strung here to force not to let two lights at the same time.

Second, conveyor belt control

This circuit in order to save time first refer to the design of Jin Yu classmate, and made a part of the modification, from M4 to spit out the goods and use the first problem inside the delay design, because the front of the goods to completely drop after the next cargo can be put down.

The entire circuit contains the Y010 falling edge control of the motor forward, the sensor X012 control stop for 5 seconds and then continue the story, X011 control of the continuous reversal, X010 control of the delay drops new cargo control circuit, the circuit adopts SW1 (X024) on the rising edge of the first cargo whereabouts.

Third, the software for Mitsubishi PLC Training

This software is used in some unsatisfactory place, because you can not bulk cut copy and paste. And after my first successful conversion, I forgot to save and write to the PLC and the software is unresponsive.

According to the students, if the conversion does not pass the words can not be saved. I also found that the components of the circuit after the conversion moved to the left to fill the empty conductors. So I think the local content of the software should not be directly the ladder graph information but converted to the instruction language to save.

The whole process of debugging is "ladder diagram edit-conversion-Save-Online Write PLC" Continuous circulation, logic clear words to fix some small problems there is no difficulty.

The front of the circuit has a lot of redundant parts, but I think for the PLC software this is only a computer calculation speed problem, in such a small ladder diagram should soon have little impact on logic, and does not increase the cost of hardware, so there is no too tangled with the circuit simplification.

PLC simulation software inside the time feeling and really time difference is very large, and the delay does not support decimals, so flashing 0.5 seconds and other times may not be very strict.
