Today, I learned that a good friend of mine has resigned. He works in a well-known technology company and many people want to sharpen his head to enter this company. He reminds me of all the people who resigned just because they couldn't stand the boss. The work is exciting and the team is very harmonious, but the boss (manager) is intolerable. Retaining talents is a real problem for all managers. In a workspace, these three levels of requirements represent three different things. The first layer-security refers to work security, career development, and health care. What do employees feel about their work? Are they worried about the risk of layoffs every day in a depressed atmosphere? Do they feel that the boss cares about their health just like they do their jobs?

 

The next layer is love and sense of belonging. People want to be different and be part of an important thing. As a boss, how do you arrange tasks, instruct employees, and communicate with them? Does it show how much you attach importance to their performance. This is the responsibility of the boss. It is the responsibility of the boss to express to employees that their work efforts have made a difference and they are part of the company's greater prospects. A professor at Florida State University and two of his doctoral students conducted a survey focusing on the negative effects of managers/bosses who do not respect people and have poor abilities. They investigated 700 people working in different positions and asked their views on the boss, superiors, and leaders.

 

This study reveals the following results:

39%: The boss does not keep his promise.

37%: the boss will not be rewarded for the reward.

31%: The boss treats Employees with "cold processing ".

27%: the superior Manager/boss speaks bad things in front of other employees and managers.

24%: The boss infringes on their privacy.

23%: The boss uses blaming others to conceal his mistakes or embarrassment.
