The entry of Word sigma symbol ∑

First, menu insertion method

In the document, insert → special symbol by manipulating the following menu.

A dialog box will pop up as shown below.

Switch to the Math symbol tab to find the Sigma ∑, select the symbol and click the OK button to insert it.

Second, soft keyboard input method

Switch the input method to the Intelligent ABC Input method, we will see the following image of the input method icon.

Use the left mouse button to click on the image of the rightmost symbol, will eject the soft keyboard interface.

After that, in the right mouse click on the rightmost symbol, will pop up the following picture menu, select "Mathematical symbols."

Finally, we will find that the Sigma symbol ∑ is in the soft keyboard, using the left mouse button click can be directly entered.

Three, input through the Equation Editor

Open the Formula editor, as shown in the following illustration.

Then, like the image above, click on the first line to the right to the left the third button, you can pop up like the list above, in which, the Sigma symbol ∑ on the inside, using the left mouse button click can be automatically entered.

As with the three methods above, it is recommended to use the first and second, because faster and more convenient. The input of the Sigma symbol ∑ is also relatively standard.
