Run the eccmd-info command after the ExpressCache is installed on the 64-bit Windows 7 system. The error "Failed to retrieve product license information" is returned, as shown below:

Method 1: restart the computer to check whether the problem is resolved.
Method 2: Check whether the ExpressCache service is enabled in the service. If not, enable the service. If the service is enabled, disable the service first, and then enable the service to check whether the problem is resolved.
Method 3: uninstall ExpressCache, change 16g or 24g solid state to unallocated, restart the computer, and then install ExpressCache to check whether the problem is resolved.
Method 4: If ExpressCache of version 1.3.XXX.X is installed, uninstall ExpressCache of version 1.3.XXX.X and install ExpressCache of version 1.1.XXX.X or 1.0.XXX.X. The download address is as follows:
