Burflags = D4
Set the following key values on the missing Domain Controller of sysvol:
Burflags = d2
After restarting and observing for a while, check whether the contents of sysvol have been copied to the problematic domain controller. If not, continue with the following operations.
3. Stop the ntfr service of the two domain controllers and copy the contents of the sysvol volume on the normal domain controller to the problematic domain controller.
4. change the value of the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ ntfr \ Parameters \ backup/restore \ process at startup Branch's burflags to D4, then restart the ntfr service.
5. Check the permissions of the sysvol folder. On the Advanced tab, select "allow the parent to inherit and distribute to this object and all sub-objects ".
6. Restart the Server Service (because the Computer Browser/Distributed File System/Net Logon Service depends on the server service, you need to restart it together)
