The first anniversary is coming soon when I joined the company in July 3 last year. I feel it is necessary to write an article.

During this period, I transferred a group in the Department (the Group change can be viewed in my previous article written for one and a half weeks, but I was frustrated at the time), and now I am about to transfer it to another department, self-evaluation is a tough one :). It may be a good practice to consider changing the job after the job is graded. Haha. When I was thinking about changing the environment, I simply switched to the technical direction and atmosphere. In fact, my colleagues and managers in the group are very nice, and the relationship is quite harmonious and the work intensity is not strong, in addition to the project, you can get your own time. It is reasonable to say that there is no need to change the department. However, the overall working atmosphere is a little relaxed, and the technical atmosphere is a little less than what I want. Therefore, this should be the first point I want to describe. I am a tough guy, but it is also very simple, that is, the technical orientation, the pursuit of my favorite environment, more persistent.

Some of the students who graduated from the same school started to change jobs for various reasons, such as poor job performance, low salary, and changing their work location for personal reasons, in fact, I was also struggling with job-hopping a month ago, but later I decided to switch to a department in the company. The Infrastructure Department is actually an environment I have always longed for, at least for the next few years, continuing to explore distributed computing is the best choice for me. In fact, I want to talk about another topic, namely, the choice of job-hopping and persistence. It is not difficult to change jobs, and you can certainly increase your salary. If you have a suitable position and environment, it is indeed quite good. So on the one hand, I support it. On the other hand, I told myself that I should focus on my ability and exercise, lay a good foundation, and avoid bottlenecks in future growth and development, frequent job hopping or over-paying attention to salary may lead to career development bottlenecks too early. In fact, I advise myself in this way. I prefer to settle down and engage in technology first. After all, I am still young and have a long way to go. I want to change jobs. There are many opportunities.

I found myself upgrading at several levels. Beyond the scope of language and framework, in the field of engineering distributed computing, the yellow, green, and blue knowledge blocks are what I need to accumulate and deepen. Otherwise, I may encounter bottlenecks. Because I have been paying more attention to specific frameworks for a long time, such as hadoop and spark, I should have spent a lot of time exploring and reading code, but it can only be defined as a second-stream programmer, not even. Thanks to this, I used this picture to remind myself and make future plans. Some books are worth reading, but they can be learned without code or documents. Especially on weekends, If I have time, I prefer to read books, documents, and papers. I tried to look at the source code or something over the weekend and found that it could not work. At home on weekends, the environment and mood were not suitable for going into anything, but for going into something and browsing more technical-related things, I have summarized this.

In terms of blog, I have been declining for the past year. On the one hand, something can be written, and on the other hand, I am very interested in my blog. After that, I felt that the quality of my own blog was not very good. It had something to do with my character. I was eager to express myself and eager to seek success. I often couldn't bear to go to it after I wrote my blog. Two days later, my understanding and perspective may be more comprehensive and in-depth. I am so sorry to go back and write it before. It seems that my blog is destined to be a semi-finished product in my learning process, it cannot be fully expressed, haha. The blog has been in operation for almost two years. In the first half of the year, I actually applied for a csdn blog expert. I rely on it for a bit of water, people who are especially careful about and want to seek truth from technology. I want to be honest, but I'm not careful, and I'm a little impatient.

Follow the blog topic to talk about technological influence and monetization. I am not qualified yet. To tell the truth, I am not qualified to think about it. But now my social networking tools have accelerated the promotion of influence. I still want to improve my influence more. In this aspect, we will try our best to stick to and explore, and be good at summing up and spreading. How can we monetize technology without starting a business? There is a way to contribute and write books, but there is actually a lot of water in the articles and books, even if you have worked hard, you will not get your energy and depth to pay, a little bit. In this case, I still feel that I should write a book all my life. At least when someone else introduces it, I can say "this is the author of XXX. Continuing to talk about monetization, books and contributions are really powerless, and geek is definitely not willing to do it for this money. Training courses? Technical training cannot be taken seriously or seriously. If you want to do so, you must carry out preaching and play games. This is the case. You just put a set of technical skills into class and collect so much money. People who really like technology certainly don't like to do such silly things and have no sense of accomplishment, it takes a lot of time. You may be too lazy to answer a question about naive. After all, in-depth training is not something that can be taught. How can technology be realized? Well, I feel that in the domestic environment, if you are a senior person in the field, the most mainstream way is to switch to a small and medium-sized enterprise as a mentor. There is really no good way. Maybe everyone wants to start a business, and they are all worried about direction and team. I can't say well about it either. I didn't think well either. I didn't think well either. It seems that there is no other way to make money by using technology as a geek.

A major cognitive change in technology is that I found that some technologies are not as complex and difficult as they seem to be. after doing so, I tried to calm down and understand them, and I thought that was the case, it is even simple. On the one hand, my knowledge is constantly enriched, and my cognition of technology is more comprehensive. On the other hand, my understanding of technology is more objective and rational, this is also an upgraded level for discussion, comparison, and hands-on practice at work. Well, it's better to regard this as a realm of improvement, haha.

Work is for a better life? Well, I don't know, but there seems to be no better answer. Sometimes I am still thinking about projects when I get home. This kind of status is quite good. It means that I am very interested in it, and I am still immersed in it. At this time, my wife (yes, you are not mistaken, I am a married person) will say that you have been off work, and you are still thinking about work. You will think about it tomorrow, and you will all go home, stay with each other. Sometimes, if you are in a bad mood or at work, when you get home, you just want to entertain and entertain yourself, do something easy, take work as a small part of your life, and accompany your family, it is more necessary and important to start a video chat. As mentioned above, I feel that the technology is quite contradictory. People who want to gain in-depth technical support and arm themselves must want to go to or from work. They can learn things they can't finish. For such a person, I would like to say that life has actually put us down in this pure beautiful fantasy. Family and life require you to pay and free up time and energy. from another perspective, there is no family harmony and stability, and you cannot feel at ease and invest in your work. My wife understands the heart of this cool programmer. Well, I am not doing well when I earn a little money. I am not so nervous about my real life environment and I am doing some strange things, it's still fun. When will you spend more money on me! O (zookeeper) O alas, I am not good at it either. I didn't think about it either. Don't worry.

To sum up, I still follow my own path over the past year. I don't care much about what others are doing. I found that I am a brave and persistent technical person and dare to do something that is not in line with my style. I am really, especially brave. My analysis of my personality is quite suitable for technology. In the old age, I may be equivalent to a shoot, bicycle repair, electrician or something. Haha. I feel like I married a good wife and supported me very much. Although I sometimes don't support her and have little idea about her career planning, she is very supportive of my development, so that I can work with peace of mind and keep learning. This kind of things won't be able to change anything, "home and everything is fun ".
