The CHM file cannot be read.

After we downloaded the CHM file from the Internet, we found that it was like this:

The main reason is that the CHM File is blocked and displayed,When the CHM file is in an NTFS hard disk, it will be blocked from being displayed.. We return to my computer and click the hard disk where we store the files. The information at the bottom shows that the file system is in NTFS format, as shown below:

 

How can we solve this problem? Here is the solution !!!

Right-click the CHM file,Select attributes

We can see a security item at the bottom of the property interface. Click"Unlock":

Then we can open and appreciate our CHM file:

If the above method still cannot be solved, we canThird-party software, Change the chm format to txt or Word format for reading.
