The reason is that the "Inbound ICMP rule" has been reorganized, so we need to re-create the Inbound ICMP rule (For details, refer to the Inbound ICMP rule)

First, open the Firewall:

Next, create an inbound rule:

Right-click "Inbound Rules" and choose "New Rule..." from the menu ..."

Click "Next>" and then:

Enter the port number you want to open to the outside in the red box, for example:
