One, partition for the hard disk that has not been partitioned
I bought a new hard drive, but I do not know how to help it partition, what should I do?
1.1 with Vista installation disc partition
We will discuss it in two different situations. The first is that you have only one hard drive, and it is new and has no partitions. We're going to help it with the fast partitioning.
Preparation Tool: Vista installation CD.
After the new hard drive is connected to the computer, we set the computer in the BIOS to boot from the CD drive and then put it into the Vista installation CD.
Wait a moment and start the Vista installer.

Always next, fill in the serial number and so on until you come to the option of choosing the installation location. Here we begin to partition the new hard disk.
Tip: If your hard drive does not appear in the Hard drive list (which occurs on a SATA hard drive), it may be because you need to load the SATA drive of the hard drive, you can choose to load the driver, then insert a floppy disk attached to the buyer's board, or the disc that came with the motherboard, and then find the relevant driver.

Here we do not click the next step directly, this will allow us to install Vista after the only one partition. We select the hard disk that needs to be partitioned and choose drive options.
Select "New" after entering, we will divide the first partition for the hard disk is also the C disk. Click on the New button will appear after an input box, where you want to divide into the first partition of the space size, if you are accustomed to using the C disk to install the system, and the installation of Vista, the partition is best not less than 15000 MB size. Enter the size and click Apply, the first partition is divided.
