This is a respectable name, teacher. From small to large, we read books and met different teachers. Some of them are responsible, some are knowledgeable, and of course they also handle errands. But this does not affect the position of this title in my heart.

Everyone said that the memory should be the best in college, but I really can't remember many teachers, and even forget what kind of professional courses I 've attended. Now I think of it, this can only be said that I have not been a good student. However, I have never been a good student. When I was in elementary school, I liked it very much. Now I still remember some of my scenarios when I was in elementary school. Every time I go back to college, my primary school students and I will go to the teacher's house to sit down. I will also give my teacher a blessing on Teacher's Day.

Speaking of Teachers' Day, today is a special holiday. When I got up in the morning, I received some greetings from various social media tools, whether it was full-text forwarding, short words or meticulous words, which made me happy. I said to myself, I am also a teacher. It feels good to be a teacher.

Since the creation of agile individuals, offline activities have been continuously carried out, and "teacher Zhou" is increasingly called. At the beginning, I was not very interesting. Just call me "Jin gen", because I think the teacher can afford to be a qualified person. However, after several years of thinking about life, my values have changed a lot. I have never dared to accept the title of my teacher, I even encourage everyone to be a teacher, because it is a pleasure to be a good teacher. As long as you have a heart to be a teacher, you will dare to accept the title that can bring you more things.

There are many types of teachers, including teachers on campus, trainers, and people who have helped you. In agile individuals, we mentioned agile personal coaches. This is actually a teacher role in my mind, not only a mentor, but also a coach and a mentor. For this reason, I am continuing to be agile, we also encourage more people to be honored teachers with me.

Agile individuals have continued for several years, followed by publishing houses, publishing books, and Enterprise Internal training. This has also led the company to feel that this will affect my business and have opinions on me. Everything has two sides. If I accept the other side, I must be prepared to accept the other side. The same is true for being a teacher. If you are respected, you will also be cursed. When you enjoy the joy of sharing, you must learn to accept the lonely response.

Some people say that my perseverance in being agile is commendable. In fact, I am a person who does not believe in willpower. Any persistence is because I like it, at least I don't hate it. I have always taken the improvement of the agile personal system as my primary responsibility. I also believe that this is a system that can bring true and complete results to all of you, because it has changed me, it makes me happier, more efficient, and more balanced. Why don't I like it. As I like it, I always feel that agile personal system is a more complete system that I have seen about growth, happiness, time, and goal management and can bring value to everyone in the community content, however, I often review myself. Why can't many people stick to it? However, no matter how the results are executed by the Friends themselves, I am always certain that my willpower is not enough and I need to strengthen myself. Maybe, as a teacher, the design system is not simple enough. I often ask myself this question, but I have never found any shortcuts.

Since it is difficult to find shortcuts, I should start from the basics and ask myself to be at least a qualified teacher. However, I have never been a real teacher. What kind of teacher is a qualified teacher?

After a year or two of my work, I went from a programmer to a development manager to a project manager. Now, I am still too ignorant, not good at words, not understanding communication, and not understanding life, fortunately, I have a responsible heart, and I think about them in the spirit of thinking for them. Although sometimes strict, this sense of responsibility is not the foundation for me to become a qualified teacher.

When it comes to responsibility, I don't have to pay any responsibility for irrelevant people or help anyone. This is a kind of human value and lifestyle. However, with the awareness of myself and the affirmation and improvement of self-value, willingness to help more people is the basic motivation behind the teacher's responsibility, and I have such qualities.

Many people actually have a heart to help others, but sometimes they are helpful. This doesn't mean to persuade everyone not to do good deeds, but to learn some skills and methods to do well. To be a good teacher, if the person you share leaves with blank or blank expressions, maybe this is a waste of time for yourself and others, and a waste of time is a waste of life, think terrible. As an agile individual creator, I have shared many times that online and offline scenarios are more likely to drive my passion and the online environment is much weaker. Someone recommended me to listen to Chen An or some of the speech styles in the lecture hall. I don't know how I always hear that argument and I don't want to learn it, although I once asked myself to sit down and listen carefully. Maybe my style is ordinary and quiet, and it seems a bit difficult to bring enthusiasm, but maybe it is mine. As long as I add some elements, this requires more time to explore ......

Can Agile individuals make money?

Many people "educate" me, do they want to be agile? Maybe this is more profitable. Once in a while, I have used my product management thinking in my work to think about how to "grow bigger" and be agile. However, it seems that I am always unable to raise my mind, every second day, I forget what I thought the previous day. What I like more is to let it go. Those who have fate with me encounter in the boundless margin and then bring them to the other side for growth. I prefer to use agile individuals as a carrier of my hobbies and good teachers. Maybe as a teacher, I should not make money to make myself happier. Of course, wealth is a good thing. I have made some e-books, practice groups, and annual payment systems, but I have not done anything about it, however, although the small amount of income is also of great significance to me, this is the recognition of agile individuals by friends, but it is also an affirmation of me.

Everyone should try to be a teacher.

I have met many people in the community who are interested, but they are only interested. They do not have a strong hobby. The teacher uses life to give a speech. Maybe they won't be able to give a speech at the beginning, but as I talk more and more about myself, I may become a teacher. Do you want to be a teacher?
