Peripheral light correction needs to provide correction data, if the camera does not have the correction data, even if the menu set to "Start" is still invalid. The correction data for the EF-S lens is already registered in the camera when the camera is shipped, while the full-frame EF lens has only the most commonly used lenses registered in the camera and needs to be registered via the Random Software EOS utility. After registering the lens in the camera, find the "Peripheral Light correction" page in the menu to display the currently installed lens data, which is set to "start" when shooting, and the dark angle in the shot can be improved effectively. This correction function only works if the original lens has been registered.

For some of the images, we can find that the pink or green noise produced by the edge of the graphic contour is the color difference of the lens, and the problem may be more obvious with the increase of the pixels, even if the aperture shooting is not effective. After shooting in raw format, correction can be obtained through the DPP software's lens correction function.

Four, color difference and lens distortion correction operation.

start the DPP software, open a raw format to correct the picture, click on the "tool palette", select the "nr/lens/alo" Panel, click on the "lens contrast correction" to the right of the "tuning", in the new window to select local amplification, according to the magnification window color difference, in the "color differences" Tick to adjust to noise elimination. If lens distortion correction is needed, click "Distortion" and drag the mouse slider to get satisfactory results. Finally click "OK" to complete the adjustment.
