I am a project manager in a small and small software company in Shanghai, a great city in China. I also bring a few soldiers and two new graduates. To tell the truth, don't look at the two little boys who have just stepped into the road of life. Their work enthusiasm and passion are extremely high, and their learning ability is also very strong. I'm very envious, their lovely faces often remind me of my brave status and my passion for life and work in my early twenties.

I have three definitions for the year-end Award:

1. The reward model expresses the recognition of the Department and the boss (not to mention the company, space) to you.

2. The final mode. Many bosses actually use the year-end bonus to end your work (the current boss is very artistic), because many people have read the specific value (generally float type) and immediately plan to respose. end ()

3. placating mode: for some companies with more than 200 people, if they are not well mixed, boss cannot remember your great achievements. Pick up the Excel sheet last year for reference and add a symbolic decimal point

When we get the year-end Award, we will see the following scenarios. I have summarized them as follows:

1. I'm so excited that I want to do better next year, and I want to contribute to the modernization of the company.

2. immediately open the recruitment website, skillfully deliver your long-prepared resume, and scold company leaders from top to bottom for at least 10 times.

3. There is no sense at all, because the company has punched in the bonus. For programmers who are over 30 years old, they haven't done anything at all.

4. I am still lost and confused, because I have to pay off all the bonuses for my home loan for at least 10 years or more (think about the value of Shanghai's house price)

The above are the three models I have summarized for the year-end award and four scenarios. I don't know if all of them are available. I guess they are incomplete, but they should include most of them.

Early this morning, department managers shouted for a meeting in the office. What will happen? In fact, it is about the issue of bonus distribution. Generally, our company needs to study the Department scope to issue bonuses. The form is that the department manager calls four project managers in the Department and scores the team members, second, we call these project managers self-scoring. Then the department manager will score in the boss office. Of course, I can't see the boss. If I can see the result, it must be different from the present.

I just sat down and the other two project managers came one after another. The department manager was an acute child and immediately entered the topic. Let's explain the great achievements of each group.

I have prepared for a long time last night. I swear that this year I will definitely win legitimate benefits for my team members.

Project Manager A grabbed the "Microphone" when he just wanted to talk ".

Project Manager A is responsible for the project in the North China region. He traveled from the beginning of the year, how the team members worked overtime, and how he worked on the first line regardless of family opposition, after one year, not only did the team members make great progress, but they also sacrificed a lot and did not even go home to take care of his son's illness or fever, he had a big opinion at home, but he insisted on putting his work and career first. He said that his eyes were still wet. He said that the company would also take special care of the project staff who had been on a business trip this year, because their group has done the hardest and least-willing jobs in their departments, they will feel cold if they don't take care of these "special groups.

In tears, it makes sense that the department manager nodded and poured a cup of water to Project Manager.

After project manager a finished, Project Manager B immediately grabbed me.

Project Manager B is responsible for project implementation and after-sales support of the department. I do not know the specific content of his presentation. It is very artistic, the general meaning is that they are all behind-the-door troops. If there is a problem, they will be there. If there is a mistake, they will be there. If there is a problem with the project, the rest of the teammates will go away, keep your team members to wipe your ass. From the perspective of psychology, their team members are under the work intensity and psychological pressure that ordinary people cannot afford. Even if they do not take care of themselves, they should take care of them psychologically, project Manager B explained that he had gone to a psychiatrist earlier and proved that he suffered from a certain degree of mental fatigue.

It's really miserable. It's really hard to work. Software is actually suffering both physically and mentally, and the department manager doesn't stop nodding, during the workshop, Project Manager A poured a cup of water and gave Project Manager B a cigarette.

(PS: I just want to secretly say that some customers are so abnormal that we don't treat our software personnel as people and think that we have sold so much money to them, we need to treat them as God, and the key money goes into the boss's pockets, not our "changgong" pockets !)

Project Manager B said that I had prepared enough words yesterday and suddenly got stuck in the throat. I am in charge of the department's Business Project R & D team, and I am in charge of integrating with the company's R & D department, most of my team members are interspersed between business projects and R & D projects. Some team members are responsible for R & D of several different types of projects at the same time. Although they do not need to travel, they do not need to bear great psychological pressure, however, I believe that my team members are no less valuable than the two groups.

After my presentation, the department manager nodded frequently and said that my team and I had worked hard, but he did not pour water or smoke me.

I admit that I am a smoking enthusiast.

Another project manager, D, is responsible for pre-sales of the project, because the high blood pressure and severe fatty liver are being checked and cultivated in hospitals, so today's meeting cannot be attended.

After the meeting, I felt powerless. I looked at my lovely group members and looked forward to it. I just wanted to say that I was very embarrassed.

I still don't know the final year-end award issuance result. I think some people will meet the previous three models and four major scenarios, including me.
