1. There are too many things to be done every day, and a bunch of things are waiting for you to do. This makes you feel a lot of burden and pressure. You are tired of working on your own every day, but no one has a sense of accomplishment! 2. If you fail to do a good job yesterday, you may find yourself Self-blaming. Instead of focusing on what you want to do today.
Ii. Learning Summary
1. Create a new "to do" list every day
2. Create a new "to do" list every week
3. Focus on the Value Stream and discard things that are inconsistent with the current goal.
4. Set the time and quantity constraints, plan specific quantities and time periods, and give yourself pressure and a sense of urgency
5. Time will change the importance of things. Change the plan every day.
6. Spend more time doing it, instead of making adjustments constantly. Don't plan for the purpose of planning. If the plan is not executed, it will be a waste of paper.
7. Live in the present, tomorrow is a new beginning, forget the past, and put it on!
