When China put forward the "Belt and Road" development strategy, the United States could not sit, because China's programs are more attractive and efficient than themselves. While China has made it clear that any country can benefit from the belt and Road, the United States prefers to be alone, so the United States has tried to thwart China's "Belt and Road" implementation.

As a regional power bordering China, Russia's attitude towards the "Belt and Road" must be taken into account.
