The IPA is invalid. It does not incluede a Payload directory:

The cause of the error may be due to the way the private API may be used in the project, I guess ~

If you are not sure that you are not using the private API, upload it as follows:

Method: Forge Payload Directory

Step 1. Export the IPA file using Xcode's own export IPA: Xxx.ipa

Step 2: Right-click the exported IPA, select Unzip software to open the IPA, unzip, get a folder with the same name as the project, open to get the following directory

Step 3: Create a new folder named payload, drag the Xxx.app file in the Applications folder into the payload folder, and right-click to compress the zip file.

Step 4: Use Xcode's own Upload tool application loader upload ~ (select the zip file just compressed)
