The local Area Connection icon normally displays 100mbit/s, but it doesn't ping.

LAN in a computer connected to the normal LAN, network card icon displayed as a normal connection, but ping server or other computer ping impassability, with the ipconfig command, the normal display of the IP address of the computer.

The above situation may be caused by the following two kinds of reasons.

1. Whether this computer has a personal firewall installed or other filters have disabled ICMP. When ICMP is disabled, it does not ping, but it can be accessed through IE, Resource Manager 扽.
