The magical effect of WPS table "data validity" in data entry

Using the WPS table powerful tabulation function, we can easily complete the form production, statistical analysis of data and other tasks. Set data validation to avoid errors before entering

Case one:

When you enter data in a WPS table, you sometimes require that the cell data of a column or region be unique, such as student number, employee ID, ID number, and so on. We sometimes make mistakes in the input to cause the data to recur, and this error is difficult to check. We can use "data validation" to solve this problem.

1, open the work thin, the following figure 1,

2, select the "School Number" of a column, click on the "Data" menu, select "Effectiveness", as shown in Figure 2,

3, open the Data Validation dialog box, under the "Settings" option, click the Drop-down button to the right of allow, select the Custom option in the Drop-down menu that pops up, and then enter the formula "=countif (A:A,A1) =1" (excluding quotes) in the Formula text box below, as shown in Figure 3,

4, switch to "error warning" fill in the title and error message, click "OK", as shown in Figure 4,

5, below we start to enter some data to check the effect. When you enter a data that is not duplicated, you can display it normally, as shown in Figure 5,
