After listening to Tom's Theory of Relativity for a period of time, the two hundred series of programs of the two predecessors actually have a central idea, and I personally think that the most important way to stick to it is to live in the present.
Liang Dong said that you always know what you are doing when you live in the present. I tried it for a while and found that it was quite difficult, but it was very rewarding:
1. It is the most direct benefit to do things more efficiently when you live in the present. It's like driving a car. I just drive to my destination. Fast and secure.
2. When you live in the present, you will feel full in one day. Because everything is done with heart.
3. When you live in the present, you are in a calm mood. You can detect and quit bad habits in a timely manner, so as to stay calm and focus on more meaningful things.
At the same time, after a period of practice, I still understand a doubt. I used to think that I was living in the present. How can I plan the future? Planning for the future is not a matter of the moment. Isn't it a contradiction?
In fact, now we have figured out that planning for the future is just one of the tasks we are doing now, and we are not doing anything in the future. In this case, consider the future and live in the present.
I also need to consciously use the current method, which shows that this method is not truly integrated with me. However, I believe that, as we continue to stick to it, we will always be deeply rooted in our own soul and will not be able to realize its important value without knowing it.
