The colleague with the most Bugs has nearly the same working life as me. The number of bugs is more than twice that of me. On average, he can change 20 bugs every day for 8 days, I should have been relatively easy to say, but in fact we are working overtime with the least two bugs. Those two people are asking for leave during the day, i'm sure I won't be able to work overtime at night (it's hard to call it if I'm not there. He can just find a reason, and the Project Manager can't do it ). They didn't complete the bug modification until the end. We were given two of them. The bug that Lao Tzu changed him has been changed for two days!

I would like to say that my colleagues would like to help each other, but they are also in a hurry and cannot help each other at work, so I am reluctant to change their bugs!

Even people who work very seriously like me still feel powerless and cannot do anything well. Think about how much work I have done. It's just a 4-point workload. What's the purpose? Some things are beyond my control, so I don't care about what the project is. I am very serious and responsible for my own work. I am only responsible for modifying bugs for the modules of others I take over, I am reluctant to change others' bugs.

In the end, do I have to say that I don't cooperate with my colleagues, do I have no sense of cooperation, and do not help my colleagues?
