Well, yesterday the update function of the client and the logging information function was finished. Then one thing I have to worry about is what kind of database should I use? Because the data we want to store is relatively simple, it seems a bit overkill to use MySQL as a relational database, and MySQL's performance is not as good in millions of connections. So I focused on another key-value database,--redis.

Redis is a lightweight database that is flexible enough to taste with Nginx for millions of connections. Legend, it is a great God because of the performance of the MySQL was disappointed and spent a year to develop the database, and then open source, collect all the experts to optimize it, further squeezed the performance of the database. Although I can only MySQL, but after looking at the introduction of Redis, I think not Redis is definitely a pity Ah! So I immediately got down to this "Redis Getting Started Guide", hoping that these two days can be mastered and used in practical development.
