Solution:

1. uninstall MySQL

2. Delete the directory c: \ Documents ents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ mysql.

3. Just reinstall MySQL.

If you do not have the application data folder under c: \ Documents ents and Settings \ All users, choose tool> folder option> View> show all files and folders.
