The solution of a special Chinese full-text search problem (seeker)

Event causes:
Several months ago, I made a Web site feel the need to use the full text cable engine, a simple test on their own computer for Full-text indexing, search for some English characters no problem, but the search for Chinese when the "query clause contains only ignored words" error, any Chinese is so. Because this website is not very anxious, also passed. In recent days, I originally made a good site needs to be transferred, it uses Full-text indexing. Suddenly found that the new professional server can not search Chinese, because the matter is very urgent, I must be a few days to resolve the problem.
Error message:
Server: Message 7619, Level 16, State 1, line 2
The query clause contains only the words that are ignored.
Error suspects:
Full-text indexing is normal on the original server, and the new server has this error when searching for Chinese. By comparison, I have found that except for hardware conditions, other operating environments are the same:
1. Operating system using Win2000 Server + SP2 Simplified Chinese version
2. Database using Microsoft SQL Server + SP1 Simplified Chinese version
3. SQL database installation with the default setting, where the default sort is Chinese_rpc
4. Data exactly the same, I through the direct addition of the. MDF database and import data functions, the transplant site can not be normal Chinese full-text search
5. The database is all sorted in the same way, the Full-text indexing language used is "Chinese", code-named 2052
The same points above make them completely consistent on the software, but why are the transplanted sites not working?
Resolution process:
First of all, let's try every possible method yourself.
In two days, I used the following various methods.
1. Delete all Full-text indexes on the migrated destination server and redo them. I found that the time it took to redo the index was so short that I could not believe it, although hardware performance may have been increased by as much as the performance of the hard drive, it took only a morning to complete (the original Rebuild Full-text index takes 3 days 3 nights).
2. I tried to change all the "language of the word segment" to neutral, there is no language state, the Chinese can finally search, but it is very disappointing, it will be all the symbols separated from the alphabet and Chinese as a word to look at (for example, "This is the DK to me in the Shun Leng", only use the search word " This is the DK to my in the Shun Leng "to retrieve, single" This "or" shun "and other characters even a shadow can not find, this is certainly not my purpose.
3. I later changed the way the database was sorted to Chinese_prc_bin, and the results were even worse, and the original database was simply not suitable for this approach.
4. Rebuilding a database using database attach and import is still unsuccessful
