The solution of using the directional key to generate garbled characters in the PYTHON3 interpreter's interactive interface

Phenomenon: Using the arrow keys in the PYTHON3 interpreter interface will produce something like this: [D^[c and other garbled characters.

Cause: ReadLine function not enabled

Workaround:

Yum install-y readline-devel//install C ReadLine related files

Make Distclean//clean up information about prior to the installation process

Vim./moudules/setup.dist//Edit Setup.dist file under modules in Python3 source directory

#readline readline.c-lreadline-ltermcap //Remove the comment before the line in the setup.dist. (delete ' # ')

./configure-with-readline//rerun./configure and take the--with-readline parameter to enable ReadLine

Make//Recompile

Make install//reinstall Python3
