Recently, a netizen response in the win8.1 system, the original can be USB2.0 interface to identify the mobile hard drive is now not recognized by the USB3.0 interface, this is how to do? Please see the small series how to deal with this situation.

Workaround:

1. First download USB2.0 on the computer, the mobile hard disk connected to the computer, open the mobile hard drive with the WD SES Driver, WD Drive Utilities these two programs.

2. Restart the computer after completing the above operation.
