Method One: The connection is normal before, suddenly unable to connect
1, this situation can only restart the server, login Aliyun account, access to the console;
2, select the example, select the service area, click on the management behind the example;
3, directly restart the Aliyun server or stop and then reboot;
4, if not reboot, then click More-Connect to the terminal, and connect to Remote Desktop, directly through here to connect, but need to enter a management password.
Method Two: Has not been able to connect
1, this situation is generally because the server side does not turn on Remote Desktop functionality, or some optimization software will be Remote Desktop disabled;
2, open the Control Panel-system and security-allow remote access;
3, check "Allow remote connection to this computer", and click OK;
4, if not, then you can try to shut down the firewall.
