After the database is established, the following error occurs when creating the tablespace:

CREATE tablespace tablesapce_name PAGESIZE 32K MANAGED by SYSTEM USING (' E:\DB2\TABLESAPCES ') Bufferpool Oliver_buffer

Workaround:

My workaround here is to delete all files deleted directly under the ' E:\DB2\TABLESAPCES ' path ( Note: Because I myself know that the contents of this folder are useless, so select Delete all )

If you are unsure if there is anything you need, be careful! This may cause the database to be unusable after it is deleted.
