Wired connection
Make sure that the network is connected according to the configured topology, and check whether the computer's network cable is connected to the correct port (1, 2, 3, 4, any LAN port ), ensure that the indicators of the computer network cable interface and the corresponding router interface are normal.
Note:Some router indicators are marked with 1, 2, 3, and 4 on the front panel.

Wireless connection
Make sure that the wireless connection is the correct Wireless name. Default router signal:
TP-LINK_XXXXXX(
XThe last six digits of the MAC address). You can view the MAC address on the bottom of the router. As shown in the following figure:
Note:: If you can find other wireless signals but cannot find the signals of the wireless router, we recommend that you reset the router.
Be sure to set the computer to automatically obtain the IP address. If you are not clear about how to set it, click to refer:
Make sure that the router IP address on the bottom of the router is
192.168.1.1, As shown in the following figure:
Open Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer), clear the address bar, and enter
192.168.1.1Press enter, as shown in the following figure:
Note:Use the IP address to log on to the management interface. Be sure to view the IPv4 default gateway address actually obtained by the computer. The management address is subject to this address.
Check the browser settings as follows:
Disable dial-up connection:Open IE browser and click

LAN settingsTo make sure that none of the three options are selected. Click
OK.
After the configuration is complete, open the browser and try to log on to the vro management page.
Change the browser (using Firefox, Firefox, Google/Chrome, or other browsers) and use another browser to log on to the management interface. If you still cannot log on, try another computer logon management interface.
When a vro is powered on, use a sharp object such as a paper clip, press and hold the RESET key (Button) on the rear panel of the vro for 5-8 seconds, and the front panel indicator will flash three times until it turns on normally, indicating that the vro is successfully RESET. Log on to the management page again.
