When you try to modify the content, the system prompts cannot edit: Error writing the value's new content.
Modification method:
Right-click [HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ main]-> select permissions-> you will find that the administrators do not have full control permission-> if you try to hook up full control and save it, the system will prompt unable to save permission changes-> the reason is
The current owner of this key is system (I'm not sure if it was set as this way)-> click the Advanced button-> select the owner label and set the owner to the Administrators group, then you can grant full control to the Administrator, and then you can change the home page back and save it.
