9. What if the customer does not automatically bring out the key upon initial activation?
Microsoft does not have the 5*5 key automatically recognized. We recommend that you restore the factory and try again to contact the nearest Lenovo Service outlet.
10. The OA3 key mentioned earlier that there are 50 activation limits for the operating system, while Office is also activated using OA3. Is there a limit on the number of times?
After the key is successfully redeemed, you can view the product key of the actual Office 2016 on the office my account page. There is no activation restriction on the same machine (the motherboard remains unchanged. If you want to change the motherboard, contact the Microsoft activation center override.
11. After you log on to the Office account, the account information will be displayed. Will activation of activated products be affected if you cancel an account and change to another account?
It does not affect. The activated office is irrelevant to the account you log on to. You can log on with another account, but even if you log on to another Microsoft account, it will not bind the official office product to the new account.
12. Can I switch the product to another computer after the customer changes the computer?
