procedure:

Put the eggplant and potatoes in oil, fry them in a hot pot for 7 minutes, fry them into golden yellow, and then pour the green peppers into the oil pan, the purpose is to make the green peppers fragrant.

3. stir-fry the pan and pour a little base oil (because there is some oil in the eggplant, the base oil should not be too much, the half of the normal cooking can be done, this is described as a trace of oil), after the heat, put a portion of chopped peganine in chopped peganine, then pour eggplant, potatoes, add salt, chicken, sweet Noodle Sauce, PiXian bean paste (these two kinds of sauce can be added according to your preferences, can add a single sample, or do not add) stir-fry, and then add the green peppers and minced garlic, stir-fry a few times, sprinkle a little sugar, use water starch to make a thin slice, you can go out of the pot, with the remaining chopped green onion, the seller will be very good!
