Three phases of career planning

Stage 1:
Since you are 20 years old, you need to receive training, have a good boss, and participate in practical work in the best environment you can find, get the practical experience, and learn technical knowledge, enhance your professional self-confidence. Compensation is less important than creating a good "career" Foundation.

Stage 2:
When you are in your 30 s, you are in a fashion that is advancing and rising. You will have plenty of energy and the power to earn money, and your leadership level will be tested, you will bargain with your boss for the reward you deserve. This is the time to accumulate the wealth you need to increase your chances of choosing. You will consider whether you are a partner, an independent entrepreneur, an employee, or a boss.

Stage 3:
Reaching the Summit may be one of your goals. Make sure that you do not stick to your current various options, you need to maintain flexibility, so that you will make progress. Finally, you have to arrange yourself to exit, or continue your career as long as you like, as long as you are willing to do it.

You need:

1. understand who you are and what you should do. Identify and evaluate your expertise, abilities, and interests. Understanding your strengths and weaknesses is the best start of your career plan. These organizations are often recruiting talent for the enterprise organizations you target.

3. Check your financial resources and be calm when you consider what you need to earn. Find out how much of the service you must provide actually generates.

4. Review your resume to ensure that your resume contains a large number of reliable facts to illustrate your achievements so far and highlight your potential capabilities. Show what you have been responsible for and how you are dealing with the various situations you have encountered.

5. Make full use of your current work or project. Do not feel that you must change your work to improve your situation. You need to consider multiple ways to make your current work or project more meaningful or more challenging by working with different people in the organization by learning new specialties or doing different forms of work. Volunteer to participate in some possible leisure activities, such as sports or community work recognized by the company.
