Looking at the font analysis and structural analysis of Chinese characters, we can summarize the following:

1. The basic word root alone into the word, in the future to take code in the special provisions, so do not need to judge the font;

2. The Chinese characters belonging to "scattered" may have left and right, the upper and lower types;

3. Chinese characters belonging to "Lian", "Cross" or "mixed" belong to miscellaneous type;

4. The Chinese character of the upper and lower part is mixed type.

Keying arrangement

Memory of 130 kinds of root distribution, which is the difficulty of learning Wubi font. Put 125 basic word root, according to a certain rule to the 25 key, each keyed general arrangement 2-6 basic word root. Each key corresponds to an English letter key. We can remember the 25 keys first. The key name is the most representative word root of all the roots on the same keys. The key name root is located in the upper-left corner of the key surface. The key name itself is a meaningful Chinese character (except for "Si" on the "X" key).

The rule of word root distribution

The Wubi font divides 25 keys into 5 zones.

The first district: consists of a, S, D, F, G Five keys, the main place of the word root of the horizontal pen;

The second zone: composed of H, J, K, L, M Five keys, mainly placed the root of the pen;

The third zone: consists of Q, W, E, R, T Five keys, the main place to put the word root of the pen;

Zone Four: Consists of Y, U, I, O, p Five keys, the main place or the word root of the pen;

Zone Five: Consists of X, C, V, B, n Five keys, mainly to place the word root of the folding pen.

Each of these zones has 5 bits, and each bit is a key. At the same time, a key near the middle in each zone is called the first, the next key is called the second bit, and so on, near the outermost is called the fifth bit.

With three basic rules (with very few exceptions), you can place most of the root of the 125 basic characters on these 25 keys.

(1) Part of the word root and the key name form similar;

(2) The first stroke code of the root is consistent with the area code, and the second stroke is consistent with the bit number;

(3) The number of strokes in the root of some characters is consistent with the bit number.
