Law 3: establish the habit of thinking for everyone. If every employee cannot recognize the signs of failure or make good performance, it is difficult to use reverse thinking to avoid failure. Therefore, everyone must take the initiative and make specific suggestions. You can ask all employees the following three questions and ask them to answer them.
1. What is the relationship between my work and society?
2. What do you think of in a series of fire and explosion incidents?
3. What are the immediate tasks?
The first problem is to remind employees to re-understand the social role of their work. This is not for the company, but for the customer. Only when an individual plays a social role can his or her own meaning and existence be recognized. In this way, employees can have a deep understanding of production accidents that are social threats.
The second problem is to remind everyone to have a vision of "failure. Finding the direct cause and improving it alone do not prevent repeated failures. You need to find out the essence of the matter. That is to say, you need to know what is hidden behind the direct cause.
The third issue is to urge everyone to take urgent action. Without this, employees cannot take effective actions in their daily work.
Each employee needs to think about and sort out the answers to the above three questions, and express their opinions. In this way, we can establish the habit of thinking actively.
The last thing to emphasize is that the three laws, the question and answer of the three questions, must be implemented from top to bottom.
