Method/Step
The first method is to create a PivotTable report based on the data in the table, first selecting the cell in the data area, as shown in the following figure.
Then click the PivotTable report in the Insert button, as shown in the following image.
The PivotTable dialog box pops up, we move the data source, navigate to all the data regions in the datasheet, then output the PivotTable, select a new worksheet, and click OK, as shown in the following illustration.
When you're done, a blank PivotTable report pops up, and we pull the corresponding data option to the corresponding area, as shown in the figure below, and the arrow points to create our PivotTable report.
The second approach is to create a PivotTable report based on an external data source, first opening a blank data table, as shown in the following figure.
Then click the PivotTable report in the Insert Option button as shown in the following figure.
We choose to use external data after opening, then create a new worksheet Click OK, as shown in the following figure.
