In daily work or life, electronic documents are sometimes presented in the form of paper, such as printing papers. In word 2013, you can simply click a few mouse clicks to display the paper format in your document. Follow these steps.
(1) After you use Word 2013 to complete the document content, you only need to click the paper Settings button in the "paper" Article group on the "page layout" tab to open the "paper Settings" dialog box.
(2) Select a paper format from the "format" drop-down list in the dialog box, and set other options as needed.
(3) After the layout settings are complete, click OK to close the dialog box. Wait a moment and the format will be applied to the current document.
(4) You can withdraw it at any time when you no longer need it. In the "format" drop-down list of the "Settings" dialog box, select "non-paper document.
