Often when you make a table in Excel, we can't just make a table, and sometimes we can make multiple tables in one workbook. But we also want to print all the tables on each piece of paper, each piece of paper only print a table, then, how should we achieve it? A lot of friends are rebuilding a new workbook, and then cut one of the tables into a new workbook, with a table in each workbook, and then print them out. Although this method can be implemented, but the operation is more cumbersome. There's a better and simpler way to print out multiple tables in one workbook, using the paging feature in Excel, and print a table on each sheet.

Now that there are 4 tables in the workbook, I want to print a form on each sheet and print it out with 4 sheets of paper, respectively.
① into the View tab, click Page Preview in the Workbook View option group;
There are only 2 pages in the ② page, page 1th and page 2nd, respectively. We will move the cursor to the lower right corner of the border, when the mouse into a double arrow, press the left button, drag the border, until you see "page 3rd" and "4th page" when the mouse release; (as shown below)
③ now Excel can print 4 pages out, but we also need to cut the top two table to the following line, cut complete the following figure:
Well, now that the pagination has been completed, print the workbook, will print 4 of pieces of paper, each sheet above a table, and then say how to automatically print pagination!
