1. Open the presentation, select the Print option in the list on the left side of the file window, preview the effect of the slide in the right pane, and hit the edit header and footer link at the bottom of the pane, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Open the Header and Footer dialog box, set the contents of the headers and footers you want to print, and then click the Apply All button to close the dialog box, as shown in Figure 2.

3. Click the Color button in the middle pane of the File window and select Grayscale in the Open Drop-down list, and in the right pane you can preview the slide effect printed in grayscale, as shown in Figure 3.

Here, when the "Color" option is selected, the contents of the slides are printed in color according to their color; When the grayscale option is selected, the color is converted to a different grayscale for printing, and when the pure black and white option is selected, the color is converted to black and white for printing, which can be selected when the printer cannot achieve grayscale printing.
4, set the slide printing layout, here Select the "3 Slides" option in the handout bar, print 3 slides per page, and the preview to print as shown in Figure 4.

If you check the slide box option, a narrow box appears around each slide as you print the slides. When you print a movie, you can select this item.
5, set the direction of printing, here Select the "Portrait" option, as shown in Figure 5. Click the Print button to print when you have finished setting.
