I. Mission Control Skills
Mac OS X provides a smoother and smoother multi-desktop, application management and switching, and mission control. As mentioned in previous tutorials. The touchpad is moved up by four fingers (three fingers can be set in the system preferences) to bring up the high-end mission control. Include the applications you have maximized and all your desktops. (For example)
(1) add or delete desktops in Mission Control. in Mission Control, we can have more than one desktop. Move the cursor to the upper right corner, and a new desktop plus sign will appear. Click to create a new desktop. For example, there are three desktops and two maximized apps, Safari and Evernote. It's easy to delete a desktop. Move the mouse over the thumbnail of the desktop you want to delete, and a white cross will appear in the upper left corner. Click it. (2) in mission control, you can use the four-finger push or shortcut key [control] and the left and right arrows to switch to the selected interface. After the selection, four points to the next, exit the Mission Control and return to the selected interface. You can also click the thumbnail at the top of the page to quickly access the interface you want. (3) adjusting the order of mission control another important function is to switch the order of the existing interfaces. For example, in my daily use, the most frequently used desktop interfaces are javastop1 and javastop3. But one of the two interfaces is on the left and the other is on the right. Do you have to use four fingers to push three or four times or call out the mission control to choose another one? Of course, you don't need to. You can drag and drop the selected interface in Mission Control to adjust the order of these interfaces. Put the most common or associated items together, so that in use, once or twice the four-finger push can directly switch to the interface we want. Do you think Mac OS is a bunker? There are more hanging back.
(4) Move an app between desktops. If an app is not fully screen and is opened (not minimized) on the desktop, TA can move any of the multiple desktops. You only need to directly drag the app opened on any desktop and drag it to another desktop. In this way, apps of different categories can be classified into different desktops for execution, easy to clearly manage your macbook. Note that desktop is used between desktops. You cannot drag an application to another full-screen application. For example, if you move the youdao dictionary in desktop1 to desktop2, then desktop2 will become darker. Note 1: You can drag our applications with three fingers together.
NOTE 2: In Mac osx10.9, mission control will automatically separate the different applications that are stacked on the desktop and mark the app name. Such as QQ music, chrome and finder. If the application is the same and there are more than one window, it will overwrite. You can use the two fingers to slide up and down to expand the window so that you can correctly select the window to be moved.
(5) once again, the expose has been adjusted in the use of the front mouse and touchpad. The four fingers are pushed down to directly display all the opened windows of the current app on the screen, to facilitate observation and management, but do not do this in mission control. You need to move your mouse over the app window on the desktop. I mentioned it again because it is related to file and desktop management. At the same time, I would like to remind you again.
2. DIY dashboard
When we open the Mission Control, we will find that a dashboard interface is displayed on the far left. This is the most DIY interface we can use. It provides a variety of convenient and convenient plug-ins with different functions. Dashboard refers to the dashboard of a car. We know that the dashboard of every car is different, so everyone should have their own unique dashboard. Next, let's talk about the DIY dashboard, Which is abbreviated as DB. (I am a lazy)
(1) To quickly access the database, we can refer to push switch or set a trigger angle. But the fastest way to access the database is [FN] + [F12]. below is my own dB.
(2) Adjusting widget widgets is the widgets in our DB. You can drag these widgets to adjust their positions. You can drag them to your favorite positions. Widgets can be set. Most widgets have an I letter in the lower-right corner (you can see it in the lower-right corner). You can click it to set it.
(3) Manage the reduce sign in the lower left corner of the widget to remove widgets in the DB. Click the plus sign in the lower left corner To Go To The following page. We can add many widgets that the system provides for us by default in dB. The features cover a wide range.
You can also click More widgets next to the minus sign to get more widgets. There are thousands of widgets on the Apple website for us to choose from. Each category of Apple provides us with a large number of Widgets. Select a category, select a widget, and select download in info. Here is an example of a cocktail widget.
If you do not install the package by yourself, you need to decompress the package and install it yourself.
It is worth noting that widgets can also create folders and manage them by category like launchpad. I will not go into details if I have used any iPhone.
(4) Deleting widgets is to delete widgets, not to remove widgets. First, you must know that the system's default widgets cannot be deleted in a simple way. Here we will talk about how to delete the widgets you have downloaded. Click the plus sign in the database to enter the widget management interface. Then, click the minus sign in the management interface to delete the dashboard. Click it.
(5) change the database background (nice looking? Hahaha ~~~)
This is a bit complicated. A long time ago, I saw an article. I thought the background was too messy and not simple. I just removed the background. Now, the background is added to write the tutorial. The background image must have the same resolution as your computer. To know the resolution of your computer, click the apple button for more information about this computer. In more information, the second tab, display, contains our resolution. Therefore, we need a PNG image with a resolution of 1280*800. (Check it by yourself in a 15-inch manner ~)
With the image, open the finder and click "go" in the menu bar to go To the folder. Enter the following directory:/system/library/coreservices/dock. APP/contents/resources/
After that, click dbgrid.png. Then, replace the name of your background with dbgrid.png. The rmbpuser replaces dbgrid2x.png. In addition, the JPG format can also be used. You can name it as PNG. Restart the dock after replacement. Open the terminal and enter: killall dock
Go to the database and check out what I found? Don't be surprised.
(6) cool tips: You can select the widgets in the DB and click [command] + [R] to tell me what you found !? That's right. The widget has completed a cool turn! This is a cool little trick. You can try it.
The introduction to Mission Control and dashboard has come to an end. We will continue to update other Mac tutorials later.
