Tips for using WPS Word undo and restore

When we were editing the document, there are always mistakes, such as hand too quickly, the written text should be deleted and so on, this time, we can use WPS "undo" and "restore" function to modify and restore the data, so you do not have to work hard to edit again.

If you just undo the previous action, click Undo on the Quick Access Toolbar (or press CTRL + Z), and if you want to undo the multi-step operation, click Continuously.

Revoke

If you want to redo the action that was undone, click Restore (or press CTRL + Y).

Recovery

Tip: When you open or close a file, you will not be allowed to undo all previous actions.

WPS text "undo" and "restore" these two functions are complementary, to want to undo the last step, click "Undo", want to restore the operation before the undo, click "Restore." If you want to restore or undo the previous steps, you can right-click the restore or Undo icon to select it.
