Tmp/gconfd-root/lock/ior

The following error is reported when you log on to a node in Oracle using an oracle account.

An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information in gnome-session. Some of your configuration settings may not work properly.

An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for gnome-terminal. Some of your configuration settings may not work properly.

An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for Nautilus. Some of your configuration settings may not work properly

An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for the RHN-applet. Some of your configuration settings may not work properly.

Gconf error: unable to contact the configuration server. Some possible reasons are that you need to enable TCP/IP networking for orbit, or your NFS lock has expired due to system crash. Visit the http://www.gnome.org/projects/gconf/ for more information. (Details-1: The ior file "/tmp/gconfd-root/lock/ior" is not opened successfully. No gconfd is located: No file or directory 2: the ior file "/tmp/gconfd-root/lock/ior" is not opened successfully, and no gconfd is located: No file or directory)

Delete the/tmp file.
Command: Rm-RF/tmp /*
It's okay to start again!
