To manually set the WIN8 static IP address

1, double click to open the computer, press CTRL+F1 shortcut key or click on the upper right corner of the hidden menu icon.

2, click-"Control Panel."

3, click-"View network status and tasks."

4, click-"Ethernet, select Properties, double-click Internet Protocol version 4."

5, pop-up IP address settings interface, choose to use the following IP address and use the following DNS server address to fill out. (You can view it with the Ipconfig/all command in the DOS window after the setup is complete.)

　　Attention matters

When you set up DNS server addresses, you typically fill out the gateway for the local router.

The effective range of IP addresses can be viewed and set in the Router management interface (you need a username and password to enter the router's admin interface).
