To resolve a Word document to widen the distance on another computer

When you insert a formula into a Word document, the line spacing becomes large, and simply adjusting the spacing of the paragraphs is not feasible. Select the Formula One by one. Then drag the lower corner of the arrow to zoom it up to adjust the line spacing, but if you use a large number of formulas in a document, this operation is obviously too cumbersome, manual operation is also easy to make the formula size, some small formulas also affect the display effect. Here are two ways to adjust line spacing for formulas:

Adjust all at once

Click menu command "file → page Setup" in turn. Click the Document Grid tab, as shown in Figure 1. Select No grid, and click OK.

Small Tips

This method makes it easy to adjust the line spacing for the entire document without doing anything with the formula itself.

Local Adjustment method

In a positive article, if you want to make a similar line-spacing adjustment for just a portion of the content, follow these steps:

Select the rows that you want to manipulate, click menu command format → paragraph, and then open the Paragraph dialog box; Click the Indent and Spacing tab to adjust the spacing before and after paragraphs to 0 lines, and remove the small check before the Snap to Grid option, if the document grid is defined, as shown in Figure 2, Finally, click the OK button.
