1: Right-click on Database Selection task-restore-database.
Select the source device-Select file, locate the database backup file you want to restore, click OK, execute.
If the database is in use, you cannot obtain exclusive access to the database under the error, you need to first disconnect the database connection with the corresponding SQL as follows

After you disconnect the database and then click Execute, the restore succeeds.
