We need to guide our employees to understand, appreciate, and accept lifestyle habits and cultural activities, so that they can free themselves physically and mentally. Employees cannot be financial slaves, nor be slaves of money. Generous compensation is designed to inspire people to work harder and effectively strive for services through an excellent and elegant life, it is not to make us self-closed and self-locked. We should not regard the gentleman's manners and Lady spirit as decadent things of the bourgeois class, but we should be proud of ourselves. Most people in Europe and the United States do not envy others' success or feel inferior to their own circumstances and get along with each other in harmony. In addition, Huawei employees have this economic foundation. They have the conditions to take a step ahead of Chinese people. They will be optimistic, open, self-disciplined, and decent people and give a positive example to the surrounding area. On the contrary, some of the phenomena reflected by Huawei are disturbing. Some employees suddenly become overwhelmed. Some people are excited and arrogant. They are aggressive in the community and society. They are not only themselves, but also their own family ......; Some people are full of doubts about the society. They hold their money bags tightly and think that everyone is playing with his idea and does not trust anyone ....... These are not Huawei's spirit. These personnel are not suitable for administrative positions, regardless of their levels. The team they lead must be sluggish.

 

We guide employees to understand the elegant culture and life, and actively, openly and honestly face life. You don't have to torture yourself. Do not take things as happiness or sorrow. At the same time, we must remember that only struggle will benefit society. Life is beautiful, and beauty is not white. Do not lose confidence in life in any situation at any time. If you have the opportunity to go to Beijing, you can go to jingshan Park and see the west gate. There is a sea of songs, and it is as hot as a tsunami. These are all old people in the dark, dozens of people in a group, hundreds of people are singing, so optimistic and open-minded. Look at their sunset. Why didn't you wait that day? There is a gap between people. You must acknowledge that the gap exists. A person must be satisfied with his or her own environment, and do not constantly compare. If you do not have a sense of satisfaction with your own efforts, you will constantly torture yourself and suffer. It is a blessing in your life. This is not fate. Fate means that people do not try to change after they know the gap.

 

I do not advocate self-liberation of employees in the form of organization, but advocate employees to organize and participate in various activities in a way that is voluntary, entertaining, and cost-effective. The company does not provide any subsidies. "Song of Youth" is a good name, one song, two songs ...... Five songs ......, They have their own characteristics, attracting people with different personalities and life orientations. They are actually various clubs. In these activities, employees exercise themselves, relieve stress, and communicate effectively to eliminate self-closing and pride ....... As long as these activities do not talk about politics, violate the law, or violate ethical rules, we will not intervene.

 

Employees do not have to worry too much about their own weaknesses. Instead, they must give full play to their advantages and make themselves confident to solve their own suppression problems. I myself have many weaknesses, and I am often teased by my family members. If I do my best to improve those weaknesses, I may not be the CEO, I focus on my advantages. Organizations should also focus on the advantages of developing enterprises, the advantages of developing cadres and employees, and do not focus on subsequent employees. Efforts to overcome shortcomings are often far greater than those to strengthen the advantages. Only by building confidence can we become more open and cooperative and have good interpersonal relationships. Employees often do not know this. It is necessary to take advantage of the potential to make them understand the joy of struggle and the joy of life. Do not hate life.

 

I used to write an article "happy life" to my friends who suffer from depression and anxiety, but I have never had time.
