Tongda OA's several football ticketing activities through OA have indeed posed great challenges to the OA system.
This year, the Group sponsored the Super League football match. when there was a competition, it would issue some tickets in advance. This was a problem of how to send and send tickets to others. Later, we decided to use OA to grab tickets. By posting a post on OA and sending a message reminder, you can reply to the post after seeing the message prompt, and confirm the response accordingly. After this mode is applied twice, some people will prompt you early, some will prompt you late, and you will be prompted to see the prompt later. It will be an hour later and there will be no chance to get a ticket.
The advantage of using OA to reply to the ticket snatching is that the result is relatively direct. After you reply, you can see how many tickets you have exceeded and you will probably know what the result is.
Later, I used a Q & A Method to Determine the start time in advance. After that, you can answer questions. However, this method also has many problems, such as the scope of the question, the difficulty of the question, and the result and ranking order of the answer cannot be seen after the answer is completed. In addition, the organizer did not publish the answer and the result of ticket snatching, and this event had many negative effects.
This method does not seem to work either. Finally, I chose to send it via OA. This time I changed it to sending a post in advance to notify you of the time to grab the ticket, so that everyone knows that this information can be prepared in advance to solve the problem of untimely information. At the agreed time, the organizer will post a specific activity plan, specifying how to reply and receive the ticket. But these two situations happen: When the posting time is approaching, the server suddenly gets stuck, because a large amount of page refreshing has caused a huge burden on the server, it becomes a problem for the organizer to post and access the website. In addition, the time required for posting is not accurate, and it cannot be less than a second.
In addition, the posting slogans are leaked in advance, which makes it unfair to many people who do not even read the published notifications and directly copy and reply to the slogans.
We have also tested the Q & A module of the OA system. However, this module did not take into account the issue of ticket snatching at the beginning, and there was a lack of display of the answer end time, so that we could not sort and determine the order of answers.
After our discussion, we have designed a new solution, which will be broken down after the next experiment.
