Locking due to frequent changes in illumination intensity in special environments
The camera has a specific mechanism. If an infrared switch is performed five times in a certain period of time, the camera will be locked to the final switch mode. In some special circumstances, such as frequent switch of lights or frequent door switches on non-window buildings, the light intensity changes frequently and may be locked to the night mode. In this case, we recommend that you restart IPC to restore to normal mode.
If none of the above conditions exist, please download the latest upgrade software for this IPC from our official website and update the IPC to the latest version.
