I found the BugZilla based on PHP + MySQL when I searched for BugZilla.
Mantis is a worm. It seems that the system was originally created to help us catch all the bugs.
It was easy to install (except for modifying the configuration file and setting Win2003's support for PHP was a little effort, and there was basically no change to others), which was much easier than BugZilla, the interface looks better than BugZilla. After a preliminary trial, it seems that the function is slightly worse than BugZila. For example, the report module is very simple, but it should be enough for our development scale.
Consider whether to use Mantis instead of BugZilla. It is very important that BugZilla does not provide Win32 support and can only use its own Hack version, in addition, BugZilla looks like a typical "programmer-used program" at a Glance. The interface and usage are not very friendly, and it is basically a reflection of the "usable" idea, this is really unpleasant.
Mantis also has a small problem. When sending email notifications (including registered users and Bug-modified notifications), it always fails and does not know what is going on.
The installation of PHP and CGI in Win2k3 (IIS 6) is different from that in Win2k (IIS5). For details, refer to this article, PHP is easy to handle, CGI is still unable to run, and BugZilla still cannot be turned.
